Every member receives a customized weekly training schedule designed around their individual goals, fitness level, and experience.

Most members train 2–4 times per week, depending on their goals and schedule,
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and be ready to train. If you don’t have boxing gear yet, we’ll help you get started.
